A question I've been asked on numerous occasions. Palladium is:
• A bright white metal.
• Comparable in colour to platinum and is from the platinum group of metals.
• Not as hard and dense as platinum but can still sustain heavy wear.
• Lower in price and therefore makes it a popular alternative to platinum.
• Until recently, only used as an alloying element for white gold. Now it is being offered as a material for jewellery and watches in its own right.
